Tim Hortons

The Most Wonderful Tims of the Year

Every year, as the leaves begin to fall and the scarves and gloves go on, customers and creatives alike are waiting to see what the world’s coffee brands will come up with for their festive cups.

In the race to the top of the Christmas tree are some of the biggest companies from across the globe. None, however, is quite as loved as Tim Hortons.

The brief? To create an unforgettable festive packaging range that makes Tim Hortons the one to watch this holiday season. Our aim was to bring a sense of warmth, celebration and togetherness to every interaction a customer has with Tim Hortons over the festive period and to showcase a new visual identity of Canada’s most famous brand at its absolute best. So, we took the Tim Hortons’ look and feel, complete with its simplest and most familiar assets, and combined it with classic holiday icons. Unmistakeably festive creations that bring the brand’s celebrated warmth, charm, friendliness and familiarity to the forefront, while also looking fresh and new.

Taxi Studio were amazing to work with and extremely collaborative on our holiday packaging and visual identity. Right from the start, they were eager to immerse themselves in the Tim Hortons brand and Canadian culture to create something iconic for the brand. We were super happy with the results!”

Taxi Studio was passionate from the onset about taking our new Visual Identity and elevating it for the holidays. The outcome was a whimsical graphic approach with a subtle nod to our core offering, coffee and doughnuts that we are sure Canadians will love. They were collaborative through the entire process and beyond as we returned to them to build additional assets to promote the wonderful suite of packaging.”
